Enabling Analytics for Improvement: Lessons from year 2 of Fresno’s Personalized Learning Initiative

Access to interactive learning tools provides students the unique opportunity to take ownership of their own education. This study examined the positive impact of the Personalized Learning Initiative (PLI) on the Fresno Unified School District. The PLI incorporates Microsoft Education technology to engage students in the material and to foster a culture of collaboration in the classroom.
